Welcome to Rural Supply Co. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Rural Supply Co.

Products and Availability
Rural Supply Co. offers apparel, accessories, goods, and other products through our online store.
Many of our products are made to order rather than maintained as pre-printed inventory. Product availability, colors, sizes, designs, and other options may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or refuse the sale of any product at any time.
Product Images and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products through photographs, mockups, descriptions, colors, and specifications.
However, product images may include digital mockups, lifestyle photography, or representative imagery. Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, production methods, garment variations, lighting, and other factors.
Minor differences between a product and its photographic or digital representation do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed and accepted.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, inventory or fulfillment issues, payment problems, or circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Made-to-Order Products
Many Rural Supply Co. products are produced specifically after an order is placed.
Because these products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is submitted. Once production begins, an order may not be eligible for cancellation or modification.
Customers should carefully review all order information before completing their purchase.
Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by fulfillment times, carriers, weather, holidays, destination, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information will generally be provided when an order ships.
Rural Supply Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery delays outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Rural Supply Co. is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Additional charges associated with reshipping an order due to an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Because our made-to-order products are produced specifically for each purchase, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
Incorrect size selection
Incorrect color selection
Change of mind
Buyer's remorse
Personal preference
Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information and product details before ordering.
This policy does not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
We stand behind the products we sell.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered due to a production or fulfillment error, please contact us promptly through our Contact page.
We may request your order number, photographs, and other information necessary to evaluate the issue.
When a qualifying problem is confirmed, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion and consistent with applicable law.
Third-Party Fulfillment
Certain Rural Supply Co. products are produced, packaged, and shipped by third-party fulfillment providers, including Printful.
Information necessary to produce and deliver your order may be provided to these partners.
Use of third-party fulfillment does not change your relationship with Rural Supply Co. as the retailer from which you purchased the product.
Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors available through our ecommerce platform.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for which payment cannot be successfully authorized or processed.
Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, Rural Supply Co. may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or promotional codes.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions:
Cannot be combined with other offers
Have no cash value
May be limited by product, customer, quantity, or time period
